In 2008, the ACA Band participated in the Festival Disney Competition at Disney World competing against bands from all across the country. Each group performed beautifully and they returned with the following awards:

Concert Band
Superior Rating AND "Best in Class" Award!!!

Jazz Band
Superior Rating AND"Best in Class" Award!!!
And the Bronze Trophy (3rd place) in overall jazz bands

Indoor Guard Auxiliary
Superior Rating AND "Best in Class" Award!!!
And the Gold Trophy (1st place) in overall auxiliary units

Superior Rating and Best In Class!!!

Congratulations ACA Marching Eagle Band on your performance at Saturday's Phenix Invitational Marching Competition! The band was awarded a "Superior" Rating (that's the highest you can rate) and awarded "Best In Class" for the following:

Drum Major - Best In Class
Color Guard - Best In Class
Pit Percussion - Best In Class
Drumline - Best In Class
Overall Band - Best In Class

We are so proud of you and the hard work you've been doing over the past couple of weeks. Mr. Stough, thank you for assisting with rehearsals...Mr. Harrell, thank you for continuing to work hard even through your sickness...Kids, YOU DID IT!!!
