News & Announcements

Dear Parents,

I have found out that some parents are putting Rx and OTC (over the counter) medications in the lunch box for their children to give themselves at lunch. Also some students are carrying Tylenol and Motrin in their purses/backpacks. Unless you have filled out a form and have a doctor's signature and sent the medication to the school clinic, this is a violation of State rules and regulations. ACA does not make this rule, but we must abide by it. This protects us from the consequences should one student give another student a wrong medication.
Thanks for your help.

Dear Parents,

With the flu season being upon us, we are asking that you send “personal size” waterless hand sanitizer and pocket size tissue with each child in his/her backpack/purse. Please, label these items and stress the importance of using them with your children.

Thanks for your help.
